Grundriss von der See- und Handels-Stadt Memel - 1856 und 1857

In the middle of the 19th century this Chinese pavilion was already at the corner Polangenstraße/Roßgartenstraße. That was close to Lipper's hotel, the later Victoria hotel.
Within the years at 1930 a hairdresser had established himself in the pavilion. Max Schubert did his business here. Or was it a branch office? Because in the register of 1931 his business address was in the Polangenstraße 46 diagonally opposite.
